2026 LULAC National Convention

The LULAC Youth Awards Reception celebrates the leadership, service, and impact of young people across the organization, recognizing the students and emerging leaders who are strengthening their communities, growing local councils, and shaping the future of LULAC. As part of the program, Representative James Talarico, Democrat nominee for the United States Senate from Texas, will offer brief remarks on the road ahead to the 2026 midterm elections and the critical role that Latino leaders will play in shaping the future of Texas and the nation. The celebration continues with two evening dance events: Cumbia y Comunidad, a Latin dance experience for young adults ages 18 and older, and Sin Pena y Con Ritmo, a dance social exclusively for LULAC Youth Conference participants. Both events celebrate music, culture, friendship, and orgullo Latino in a fun and welcoming environment.
