Latino teens are growing up in a world shaped by social media, academic pressure, family responsibilities, financial stress, and uncertainty about the future. While many demonstrate remarkable resilience, too often they are expected to carry these burdens in silence. This session will create an honest conversation about anxiety, depression, stress, identity, trauma, and the stigma surrounding mental health in Latino communities. Through practical strategies, personal stories, and open dialogue, participants will learn how to build resilience, support one another, recognize when help is needed, and understand that seeking support is a sign of strength. By investing in the mental wellness of Latino youth today, we help prepare the next generation to lead healthier, stronger, and more connected communities tomorrow.
