Change does not happen on its own. It happens because people decide to act, organize, speak up, and stay in the fight even when the outcome is uncertain. Latino communities know this reality well. This plenary focuses on leadership, movement building, and the choices communities make during moments of pressure and political uncertainty. Speakers will reflect on what it means to lead with courage, how organizations sustain momentum, and why coalition building and civic participation still matter. The future is not something that simply happens to us. It is something people choose to shape together.
