Latino communities have increasingly faced political violence, anti-immigrant extremism, online hate, and efforts to divide Americans along racial and ethnic lines. In this session, Jonathan Greenblatt, Chief Executive Officer of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), examines the rise of extremist movements, the connections between antisemitism and anti-Latino hate, and why broad coalitions are essential to defending civil rights, protecting democratic institutions, and ensuring every community can participate safely and fully in American life.
