This session will focus on the real barriers women continue to face when it comes to leadership in business. Too often, women are held to a different standard, passed over for sponsorship opportunities, or expected to balance career and family responsibilities without the same level of support. For Latina women, those challenges are often even greater, including pay gaps, limited professional networks, and lack of visibility in leadership spaces. The conversation will center on what actually helps move women forward: strong mentorship, leadership development, sponsorship, and clear, transparent pathways for promotion that create real opportunities to lead.
