About me
Richard Estrada III is a dynamic leader, advocate, and emerging sports professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. As the former National Youth President of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Richard helped lead national initiatives, partnerships, and programs that empowered young people and strengthened Latino communities across the country.
With more than seven years of leadership experience, Richard has worked alongside national board members, organizational leaders, and community stakeholders to advance civic engagement, youth development, and public service initiatives. His commitment to leadership and advocacy has made him a respected voice among the next generation of Latino leaders.
Building on his passion for sports, Richard is currently pursuing a career in football operations and player development. He is enrolled in Football Video Performance Analysis through Catapult Sports and Scouting Apprenticeship programs, focusing on scouting, player personnel, coaching, and performance environments. He is also pursuing studies in Business Management and Leadership at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
Richard's journey reflects a commitment to service, leadership, and lifelong learning, as he continues to create pathways for success both on and off the field.
