Ericka Garza serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she leads one of North Texas' leading business organizations dedicated to advancing Latino entrepreneurship, economic development, and opportunity. A seasoned executive and passionate advocate for small businesses, she has built her career around creating pathways for entrepreneurs to succeed while strengthening the communities they serve.
Before joining the Chamber, Garza served as President of Au Bon Pain, leading the company's strategic growth and expansion. She also held executive leadership positions with YUM! Brands, Boston Pizza International, and 7-Eleven, where she specialized in franchising, business development, and corporate strategy. Throughout her career, she has been a strong champion for diversity in business, mentoring entrepreneurs and helping Hispanic-owned businesses gain access to the tools and resources needed to grow and compete.
Recognized as one of Latino Leaders Magazine's 100 Most Influential Latinas in the United States, Garza is a graduate of Cornell University and completed executive finance studies at Harvard University. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an active mentor, keynote speaker, and philanthropist committed to expanding economic opportunity and developing the next generation of business leaders.
