JoAnna Cardoza serves Chair of the Fort Worth Host Committee for the 2026 LULAC National Convention. A dedicated community leader, she has worked to expand opportunities for women, strengthen civic engagement, and advance LULAC's mission of civil rights and service throughout Texas.
In her role as Chair of the 2026 Fort Worth Host Committee, Cardoza has helped bring together local leaders, businesses, and community organizations to welcome thousands of LULAC members from across the country. Her leadership reflects a commitment to collaboration, hospitality, and showcasing the strength and diversity of the Fort Worth community.
